Dr. Carr earned her degree with honors at Texas State University and completed her studies at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She then relocated to the Midwest for two years where she expanded her skills. Dr. Carr provides the highest-standard of care to her patients by participating in advanced courses each year through the Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Spear Education & local study clubs. She uses new technology and innovations to ensure quality care throughout the process.

After serving as a Major in the United States Army, Dr. Clifford Cappelli and his family settled in Garfield County, opening Rifle Dental Care in 1998. Dr. Cappelli has been practicing for over 30 years, providing comprehensive dental care in Rifle, Colorado.
